Staff friendly and very helpful

Stanmore Hall Touring Park
This was a lovely site, all the staff we came into contact with were helpful and friendly. The bus stop was only a few minutes walk away so was very convenient for Bridgnorth. Aldi a few minute drive away and great food van on Friday night serving burgers and loaded chips. Would definitely like to return.

Pleasant Friendly Site in Good Location

Stanmore Hall Touring Park
We stayed at Stanmore Hall Touring Park on a rather cold weekend for the maiden outing of our new caravan. The site was well laid out with excellent clean facilities. Staff were very friendly. A short walk to the bus stop for buses to Bridgnorth or Wolverhampton An observation is that the "Super Pitch" we booked and paid extra for was rather smaller than we had expected. It was not possible to set the Caravan, Awning and Car side-by-side as required by the site instructions, unless we parked the car on the grass. Not something we wanted to do during a very wet February, so we tucked the car in front of the caravan but it was tight not to impinge on the roadway. The other observation is that it is a fairly large site and although it was not full when we visited, so no issue then, I wonder whether the facilities would be adequate come the busy summer period.

Picturesque setting

Stanmore Hall Touring Park
This is a lovely part of the world and this is an ideal base to see it from. Only one shower block but that was spotless and fairly modern. Pitches are neat and generous. The whole place has a friendly open feel.

First Class

Stanmore Hall Touring Park
A beautiful site, typical of Morris Leisure high standards. We stayed here for 7 nights in August and we had a beautiful serviced pitch overlooking the lake. Not a lot within walking distance but an hourly bus service into Bridgenorth. On Friday and Saturday nights they have a mobile bar, a food van which varies and so it’s a lovely opportunity to mix with other guests. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Site

Stanmore Hall Touring Park
Stanmore Hall is lovely and clean as are the facilities. We were on the adult only section overlooking the lake with duck, a Peahen and Peacock the sites are spacious. Local supermarket is Aldi about a mile away or Sainsbury in Bridgenoth which is a great little town. Unfortunately the lift from low town to high town is not running for the rest of the summer due to work to the cliff. Bearmans the butchers is well worth a visit, their selection of meat, prepared ready to cook and delicatessen is really something. Morris Leisure currently operate a loyalty card, stay for 12 night at any one of their sites and get a night free.
